Hi group,
My father left me a 1968 NSM Prestige 160b jukebox that is in need of some repairs and parts. It seems very close to working condition as the lights turn on and the carriage runs back and forth when I press the SCAN button, but it definitely needs a needle on one side and something with the credit unit may be not working correctly as it currently will not allow it to play any selections even when depositing coins or pressing the “Additions” button next to the coin mechanism. I checked all of the fuses as that was my first guess. Now, I'm just at a loss for ideas.
Would anyone have any ideas for how to troubleshoot the credit unit to get it to recognize a credit to allow me to even attempt to play a 45?
Would you have any recommendations for where I might be able to get parts or service manuals possibly?
Thanks.
