One blade is broken, on what I believe is the stepping switch wiper
arm of the pulse converter. see pictures - the broken part is
highlighted in the middle of the pic.
I need to change this part but I don't know if I can remove the whole
front plate.
Also I don't find this part for sale.
Any tip would be nice.
