Looking for the old IC LSI H-7407A that is used in ROWE memory units. Any
one have spares? Or information on it's structure? Perhaps a replacement can
be designed if it is NLA.

John,

I looked for these a few years ago, with no luck whatsoever. The only
thing I could find was an entire used mech board from Durfee for around
$300 -- which is about the total value of most of the jukes that use
that board. And of course a used board contains a 30-year old IC that
could die at any time.

It's kind of a shame, because those Rowes are actually pretty good
machines, except for that one part. I'm sure someone could design a
replacement part, or maybe just a whole new board to replace the old
one -- but since the jukes that use it are not considered valuable, it
would have to be a labor of love for someone.
Good luck...
